Digital painting of actor Idris Elba done in Photoshop. I decided to paint his portrait this pastweek since he’s one of my favorite actors.
He also has a lot of character in his face and especially in his eyes that I wanted to capture. This was a really fun piece and I combined a few different reference images to get the look I was going for.
